The Late Night was created from our shared love for food and our community. We wanted Catskill to have somewhere affordable to get a real, home-cooked meal after dark—when almost everywhere else is closed.

The feeling comes from those late nights at Grandma’s house: even when she was tired, she would still step into the kitchen and make sure you ate. Every meal came with comfort, love, and plenty of flavor.

Now we’re taking that feeling even further by giving local chefs a place to take over the kitchen, create their own menu, and share their food with the community every weekend.
